Once your order is placed you will have 7 days to cancel for a full refund. We will start looking on the 8th day but it can take up to two more weeks to find them depending on where they are in the archive and how many others make requests before you.

Please Note: The DVD disks include full photo session sets of possibly hundreds of JPEG files converted from the RAW images so you can view and print them but will not be individually cropped, spotted or retouched in any way as you would expect if you ordered prints from us.
You may print from these files for your personal family use but may not sell or use them for any publication, education, commercial, art or other purposes.

We will call you upon recovery of your images to see if you want to pick them up at our studio or would like them shipped.
